Please do not include account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, detailed financial records, or other highly sensitive information.

How the current form works

The website prepares an email in your preferred email application. Nothing is sent until you review and send that email. The website does not currently submit the form into a Golden Crest-hosted website database.

How the information may be used

Information received by email may be used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a discovery conversation, evaluate whether the project appears to fit the company’s service scope, and identify additional information that may be needed.
