Plans and specifications before construction
We organize the land information, floor plan, site responsibilities, specifications, selections, and required approvals before construction begins.

Why Golden Crest Homes
We organize your land, home plan, selections, pricing, and construction so you always know what comes next.
What you receive
We document what is included, explain available choices, coordinate the work, and give you access to current project information.
We organize the land information, floor plan, site responsibilities, specifications, selections, and required approvals before construction begins.
Our base prices include many finish choices. Optional upgrades are priced and documented before they are added to your construction scope.
We manage trade scheduling and provide a customer portal where you can review progress, upcoming milestones, and project information.
Quality and inspections
We follow the plans and written specifications, review each trade with a detailed checklist, and correct identified work before the next construction phase.
Golden Crest Homes values proven workmanship and careful review. We do not treat a faster completion date as more important than correctly completed work.
Warranty and homeowner support
At closing, Golden Crest Homes provides a home orientation, a homeowner binder, maintenance guidance, and information about the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty New Home Warranty Program.

Standards for the fit, finish, and materials used in the construction of your home.
Standards for covered electrical, plumbing, and mechanical distribution systems.
Coverage for designated load bearing structural elements as defined by the warranty documents.
At closing, we provide a detailed homeowner binder with home information and maintenance guidance. Homeowners can also use 2-10 resources to review warranty documents, register their home, and learn how to care for important systems and finishes.
Coverage, exclusions, homeowner responsibilities, claim procedures, and applicable terms are controlled by the warranty booklet and certificate. Optional systems and appliance service plans are separate from the builder provided new home warranty.
Questions worth asking any builder
Ask for clarity about the home, site development, utilities, allowances, owner responsibilities, exclusions, and selections that may change the final scope.
Understand when pricing and schedule impact will be provided, who may authorize a change, and whether approval is required before work proceeds.
Ask about the project team, required inspections, milestone reviews, third-party involvement, documentation, and how corrections are tracked.
Review the warranty documents, coverage periods, exclusions, maintenance responsibilities, response path, and emergency-contact guidance.
