- Which electric provider serves the address?
- Is public water available, or will a well be considered?
- Is public sewer available, or will on-site wastewater review be needed?
- Where are known utility lines or connection points?
Access and drainage observations
- Existing driveway or culvert
- Road surface and width
- Low areas or visible water movement
- Major grade changes
- Trees, structures, fencing, or other obstacles near a possible home location
